April turned out to be a pretty busy month. I can't believe it is nearly over.

Kallen worked on her balance and successfully got even cuter!
Kora started up a new season of soccer. We all froze on the sidelines watching her first game!
Katherine showed off her viola skills at her spring concert. I was so wishing I had had my new telephoto lens for my camera at this concert.

Thanks to a gift certificate we received when Kallen was born, I was reminded that professional photos are a nice opportunity with a new baby. After a pretty successful yet very lengthy stint at the local photo studio, we captured some priceless images. Enjoy!

After Easter Sunday, we headed off to explore 6 states that none of us had ever visited before--Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Massachussetts, Maine, and Vermont. While touring these states, we stopped to see several sights--Yale University, Newport Mansions in RI, Boston, Plymouth Rock, John Irving's home town of Exeter, NH, a really quaint Bed and Breakfast in Bristol, NH, and Sharon, VT (birthplace of Joseph Smith). It was a whirlwind trip during which all of us except Kallen succumbed to a miserable flu/respiratory infection. Aw, the memories we will treasure...

Kallen Meets the Grandparents Beeman

We all traveled to North Eastern Pennsylvania for Easter weekend. Kallen got to meet Grandpa and Grandma Beeman while her sisters hunted through the house for Easter eggs.
